DISTRICTS IN RAJASTHAN:

Rajasthan is the largest state in India by area and is renowned for its vast deserts, historic forts, and vibrant cultural heritage. Located in the northwestern part of the country, it is bordered by Pakistan to the west and several Indian states on other sides. The Thar Desert dominates much of the landscape, while the Aravalli Range runs diagonally across the state, influencing its climate and geography. Jaipur, the capital city, is part of the famous Golden Triangle tourist circuit and is known for its planned architecture and royal history.

Rajasthan has a rich legacy shaped by Rajput rulers, reflected in its magnificent palaces, hill forts, and colorful traditions. Cities like Udaipur, Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, and Bikaner showcase distinct architectural styles and historical significance. The state is also famous for its folk music, dances such as Ghoomar and Kalbelia, traditional attire, handicrafts, and festivals like Desert Festival and Teej. Despite its arid conditions, Rajasthan has made progress in agriculture, tourism, and renewable energy, making it an important contributor to India’s cultural and economic landscape.
